You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials, reviewing information stored in your account, and notifying XRUPI if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed improperly.
3. Accuracy of student information
You agree that the information you enter about your school, program, deadlines, identity, or funding needs is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may affect estimates, comparisons, recommendations, or support provided through the service.
4. Referral and partner information
XRUPI may present third-party products, referral opportunities, or partner services. Availability, pricing, approvals, and final terms are controlled by those third parties. XRUPI does not guarantee approval, rates, or outcomes.
5. Personal information and consent
By using XRUPI, you consent to the collection and use of personal data needed to operate your workspace, support student planning, communicate updates, and connect you to relevant services where consent has been provided. Please also review the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access unauthorized accounts or data, interfere with service operations, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
7. Data retention and deletion
XRUPI may retain student workspace information for operational, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Deletion requests will be handled according to applicable law, contractual obligations, and reasonable security retention practices.
